IF:
- the work is outside of Houston, or more than
35 miles. The price will rise $0.25 p/sq.ft.
- there is a manufacturer price increase.
- we have to take off the carpet including
topstrips, staples, nails or move furniture,
we are going to consider a fair extra price.
- we have to rise the grain of the wood with
water or alcohol, it will be an extra $0.50
p/sq. ft.
- Patches are going to be $12.00 p/sq.ft. extra
charge.
